Garden of Roses

An heirloom blend of Holy Basil, Lemon Balm and Roses.

Holy Basil is an adaptogenic herb and is useful in helping the nervous system cope with stress. Lemon Balm is know as the sunshine herb and carrys with it many anti-viral properties as well as being a mood lifter.  Organic Rose Petals give this light tea a perfect middle note of peace and tranquility.  Enjoy morning or evening.

We recommend using 1 Tbsp of tea per 8oz boiling water, cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.
