Spearmint, St. John’s Wort, and Lemon Balm for Seasonal Affective Disorder

Struggling with Seasonal Affective Disorder?  We have closely followed Rosemary Gladstar’s recipe for her Brighten Up tea.   She perfectly blends Lemon Balm, Oat tops, Spearmint and St. John’s Wort to create a mood enhancing seasonal tea.

We recommend using 1 Tbsp of tea per 8oz boiling water, cover and steep for 3-5 minutes.

Best served hot

**Please do not use if you are on an MAO or Protease inhibitor/ going through chemotherapy or using any anti-seizure medication. St. John’s wort may also cause photo-sensitivity.
